Wrapping up 2019

Picking up where I left off from last post....

Little Man started 7th Grade in August 2019.  Crazy! I KNOW!  I did cry a little bit on the first day of school. He is growing up so fast!

October 2019 - Halloween is probably my favorite holiday. Decorating the house, Dressing up and hanging out with friends.

November 2019 - We spent Thanksgiving in Tulsa with family.

December 2019 - I finally completed my B.S degree from UTD!  It was a cold blustery day but I was so excited to share this day with my family.  Wish my Dad could have been there but I know he was whooping it up for me in heaven.

Pretty special being 50 years old and graduating during the 50 Year celebration of UTD.

 December 2019 - Our Christmas Card

The Hubs birthday is Dec. 26th so we celebrated a day early with family before heading back to TX.

Cali Trip 2019

August 2019 saw us headed to California for the first family vacation that we have had since Little Man was 2 or 3 years old.  Our neighbors across the street had moved to California a couple of years ago and we missed them so much!  The kids are like cousins to LM and their mom is my best friend.

Our first few days were spent in the Monterey Bay / Carmel / Pebble Beach area, then we drove up to San Mateo to visit our friends for a few day before flying home.  The trip was amazing and went by too fast.  I would totally move there in a heartbeat.

I'm ready to visit every summer and move there for retirement!  Perfect weather for outdoor activities!

After my father passed away, I didn't want to post anything, was crazy busy trying to get back into the day to day of my family's schedule, was trying to finish up my bachelors degree, and have finally found myself ready to jump back on the blogger wagon.
