Happy Mother's Day
to all the Mom's in our family!!!
We love you!!!
Today was great! We went to church where they had the Baby Dedications...great for a laugh, the babies reactions to Pastor Kerry were pretty funny.
Then off to lunch at Tommy Bahamas - one of my favorite restaurants!
And then watched Little Man go on a double bungee cord kind of ride they had set up in Market Street.
They hook you up in a harness, pull you down and let go so you go flying up in the air! Up and down, up and down! The boy loved it! He was the first one to go but once all the kids saw him flying through the air, they had to try it too! It really was pretty hilarious seeing a 3 year old flying through the air and he was fearless!
Caught some video on my phone but it died before I could save it and send to my email. Grrrrr!
Then on the way home we stopped at TCBY for my FREE Mother's Day Frozen Yogurt Treat! Yeah! White Chocolate Mousse w/Heath Bar crumbles rocks! Mmmmm. Nummy!

and memories...
I've been a real "bawl bag" this week...hormones or something I guess...but...I've had a lot on my mind. So many changes over the years...even just in the last year.
Thinking about mom's and found this picture
of my mom, her mom/my late grandma and myself. Summer of 1996.
I think it's the only picture we have of the 3 generations.
Grandma passed away a few years back...she was 102!
What a great person!
Was going through Little Man's 6-12 mo clothes for his new cousin.
Had to take a picture to show how much he's grown....and immediately got weepy. :(
My late cat, Katie.
We had to put her to sleep a year ago this week and it still feels like it was yesterday.
Princess Poo we miss you!
And of course my impending 41st Birthday!

I guess it's true, the older you get the faster the years go by.

But on a lighter note! Little Man has started swim lessons! And he's Soooo excited! hee hee
This is what he thought of the instructor asking him to put his face in the water and blow bubbles. :D

This may be how we spend the summer...chillin' by the pool and having a snack during safety break. Ahhhh.
